At Company B, a chemical product manufacturing company, the existing dust collector was aging, and there was a concern about wanting to reduce maintenance (such as the frequency of cleaning and replacing filter bags and the frequency of removing buckets). They introduced a "pulse bag filter dust collector" that allows for adjustable dust removal settings. Additionally, to make it easier to detach sticky dust, they installed a wet filter and modified the dust collector body to pull out the bucket from the front instead of the side, based on the installation conditions. As a result, most of the burrs are collected by the pre-dust collector, so only fine dust reaches the bucket of the pulse bag filter.
